Prostacyclin ELISA Kit - This kit is for the quantitative determination of Prostacyclin in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma and other biological fluids. This is a competitive inhibition ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . PGI2 present in samples reacts with an anti-PGI2 monoclonal capture antibody or antigen coated and dried on a microtiter plate. Following this, PGI2 conjugated to biotin competes with the antigen in the sample to bind the capture antibody or antigen. Unbound conjugate and sample antigen is washed away and bound conjugate is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is inverse proportional to the concentration of active PGI2 in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of PGI2. Human Ceruloplasmin ELISA Kit - This kit is for the quantitative determination of total ceruloplasmin antigen in human plasma, serum, urine, milk, saliva and cell culture samples. For research use only. Strip well format for up to 96 tests. Human ceruloplasmin will bind to the affinity purified capture antibody coated on the microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, biotin labeled anti human ceruloplasmin primary antibody binds to the captured protein. Excess primary antibody is washed away and bound antibody is reacted with peroxidase conjugated streptavidin. Multi-Species 5-HIAA ELISA Kit - This kit is an ELISA for measuring 5-HIAA in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Reagents for up to 96 tests.This ELISA Kit uses the Competitive-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this Kit has been pre-coated with 5-HIAA. During the reaction, 5-HIAA in samples or Standard competes with a fixed amount of 5-HIAA on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to 5-HIAA. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate, and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) are added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 ▒ 2 nm. The concentration of 5-HIAA in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
